    My name is Sadia Kalam, and I am the founder of Holistic NeuroCare. I am a dedicated professional working on enhacing mental well-being through integrated therapeutic approaches. With specialised training in neurofeedback and a robust background in Psychology, Counselling, Quantum meditation, Reiki, Ayurveda, and Yogatherapy, I combine advanced biofeedback techniques with holistic, compassionate care.

    My expertise includes Neurofeedback training, Reiki Therapy, Active visualisation meditation techniques, and therapeutic counselling skills. I am adept at monitoring and adjusting training protocols to ensure optimal outcomes for my clients.

    I hold a Masters in Psychology from the University of Dundee, a Diploma in Counselling Skills from West College Scotland, and have completed Neurofeedback Training with Beemedic. My educational journey also includes a degree in psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent's University London.
